To collectively become a critical mass of peace consciousness in the world that will offer creative solutions to resolve conflicts and to address social injustice, ecological imbalance, and economic disparities. When we achieve this mission, militarism as a means to power, will become irrelevant in the world.

Our task together is to form a peace movement which isn’t an anti-war movement. The difference is crucial, because every movement founded to be “anti” has led in the end to resistance, opposition, and violence. I can only speak as one person, but my ideal of a peace movement is based on one of the three S-words: Satsang. Satsang means sharing your consciousness with other people. It can begin with something as simple as holding a discussion group once a week an open forum in which everyone gets a chance to speak about their own desire for peace.
